Data2Distance provides a one-time digital analysis of the launch-monitor data and equipment information you submit, and delivers an optimization report describing the equipment specifications worth considering. It is a performance-intelligence and decision-support service. It is not a club fitting, not a retail store, and not golf instruction.
All purchases are one-time. There are no subscriptions and no recurring or automatic billing.
Paid reports are sold at the prices listed on the site and are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.
Your report is produced from the data you provide and delivered to you by email after processing. Because the analysis depends entirely on your inputs, you are responsible for entering accurate launch-monitor numbers and equipment details. Inaccurate or incomplete data will affect the quality of the report.
Because each report is a digital product that is generated for you and delivered immediately, and because processing costs are incurred as soon as an order is placed, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical problem, for example you did not receive your report, contact us at [email protected] and we will make it right. Our recommendations are informational and based on the data you submit. Golf performance depends on many factors we do not control, including your swing, conditions, how equipment changes are executed, and practice. Your report is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use. All site content, branding, and materials are owned by Data2Distance or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Data2Distance and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
