Refund Policy

Data2Distance sells digital analysis. Each report is generated specifically for you from the data you submit and delivered immediately, so please review your purchase before you buy.

All sales are final

Because our reports are digital products that are produced and delivered right away, and because we incur analysis and processing costs the moment you order, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to every paid product: the driver report, the Full-Bag System, the Wedge Planner, and any add-ons. The free Power Leak Scan is free, so there is nothing to refund.

We stand behind delivery

If something goes wrong, email [email protected] and we will make it right:

• Didn't receive your report? We'll re-send it.
• File won't open or looks corrupted? We'll fix it and re-deliver.
• Charged twice or charged in error? We'll refund the duplicate or erroneous charge.
• Still can't get a working report? If we genuinely cannot deliver your report, even after a re-send and a fix-and-re-deliver attempt, we will refund your purchase in full.

This support exists to make sure you actually receive what you paid for. Apart from the cases above, it is not a refund for a change of mind or for the results you go on to achieve.

No refunds based on results

Golf performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your swing, practice, conditions, and how any equipment change is built and used. Refunds are not available based on outcomes. See our Disclaimer for more.

Please report any delivery or billing problem within 14 days of your purchase so we can resolve it quickly. Reach us at [email protected].

Before a chargeback, talk to us

If you have any problem with your order, contact us first and we will resolve it. Because our reports are delivered digitally and immediately, a chargeback filed on a report that was delivered may be disputed with your bank.
